Disk full event has been encountered frequently due to table growth. Even SAP operation team actively monitoring the storage usage of all instances and inform customer in advance when disk usage alert being triggered. It's always too late to take resize action from customer side.
With the release of QRC 4/2025, HANA Cloud provide a new feature on Storage Auto-Upsizing. Once the feature enabled, the disk full event will be mitigated.
