Symptom

You are using the Microsoft Teams Receiver Adapter in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) to post messages to a Teams Channel.

The authentication method in the adapter is configured as OAuth2 Client Credentials (Application Permissions).

The message processing fails with a 403 Forbidden error.

The detailed error message in the MPL logs contains the following string:
org.apache.camel.CamelException: {"error":{"code":"Forbidden","message":"ServiceException: Channel Properties Update failed for Channel ThreadId: ... Exception: Failed to execute Skype backend request SetThreadPropertiesS2SRequest."
