Symptom

  • REAJPR in connection with settlement ID returns 0 values.
  • When attempting to adjust conditions after executing the service charge settlement process in the RE-FX module, the adjusted condition's unit price for the new period is calculated as "0".
  • Message RESCAJ012 is shown in the adjustment log: 

    01.01.2025: tenant share 0,00 takes costs 0,00 USD into consideration
