Yes, both slider and dropdown ratings can be used in performance form.

If you want to use both slider and dropdown ratings, you will have to untick the option "Hide numeric rating values (only show text labels)" for the section where you want to use the dropdown rating.

If you tick the option, the rating will be displayed in slider format.

Please note: If a rating scale has more than 5 values, it can only display as a dropdown list and cannot be changed to other rating format.

If any changes are made to the template, kindly re-launch the form to view the effective changes.
