3699217 - Error /SCWM/TM033 or /SCWM/TM044 when executing reports

Symptom

User executes reports /SCWM/RP_COMPLIANCE_CHECK or /SCWM/RP_LICENCE_ANALYSIS, while running a decentral EWM, and one of the errors below are raised:

"Transaction or program  is not supported
Message No.: /SCWM/TM033"

or

"Program &1 is not supported in decentral EWM
Message No.: /SCWM/TM044"
