3699219 - Required boolean field bypass in Reimagined experience - Recruiting Management

In the new candidate experience, candidates can bypass required boolean fields by checking and then unchecking the field, allowing them to proceed to the next page without checking the bool field.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Apply to job in new candidate experience
2. Fill all the required field except the boolean field
3. Without checking the required Boolean field the next button is greyout
4. Now check the Boolean field value to set as true and Next button is no longer greyout which is expected
5. Now if we uncheck the bool field to set as false, the next button is not greyout and candidates are able to bypass this required field

This is a known issue and currently being investigated by engineering team.
