3699232 - Service Classification Agent processes cases based on runtime filter evaluation in CX AI Toolkit

Symptom

  • The customer observed that the Service Classification Agent updated a case even though the extension field ABC (indicates whether a case is unassociated) was false at a later point.
  • The expected behavior was that the agent should process only cases where ABC (indicates whether a case is unassociated)  is true.
  • The behavior occurred because the case met the filter condition at the time of agent execution, and the flag value changed afterward.
