Symptom

NF-e documents are requested for cancellation and are successfully canceled by SEFAZ.
However, the document status for this event is marked as "Rejected" with Status Code E01 and the description:
"SEFAZ Server Error".
The document action remains indicated by the gear icon, waiting for a response.
