3699281 - Unable to Create New Job Requisition in "My Team Positions" or "Manage Teams Position" for certain users

• The Create New Job Requisition functionality from the My Team Positions or Manage Team Positions page is not working as expected.
• When users attempt to create a new job requisition from these pages, the system becomes unresponsive, and no further action occurs.
• Please note that this issue is observed only for a limited number of users and cannot be reproduced when accessing the system via proxy as the affected user in some cases.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Log in to the system with support access using an affected user account.
2. From the Home page, navigate to either: Manage Team Positions (or) Company Info page(Org Chart) -> My Team Positions.
3. Locate the position
4. Click the ellipsis (three dots) for the position to open the menu.
5. Select Create New Job Requisition.
6. Result: The page becomes unresponsive or nothing happens.

Engineering team is currently investigating the issue and under analysis. Please follow this KBA for further updates.

Workaround:

You can create a job requisition from the Position Org Chart by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to Position Org Chart.
2. Search for the required position.
3. Click on the position to open its details.
4. Select Actions.
5. Click Create Job Requisition.
