3699302 - Survey due date not visible in New Learning Experience

Symptom

  • User completes an item with a required survey but the survey due date is not visible on the card in New Learning Experience homepage.
  • The item card just states "Survey Required for credit" but doesn't show the actual due date.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Set up an item with a required survey
  2. Assign item to a test user
  3. As user, complete the item
  4. Observe that the survey due date is not visible on the item card

Resolution

  • As confirmed with product team, this is the current design in New Learning Experience.
  • They are looking to enhance this in future releases but currently there is no timeline.
