3699311 - Blocked projects still visible in Concur system despite they were blocked in SAP system - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Some blocked projects(WBS Elements) still exist in the Concur system.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access the Project Control - Enterprise Projects app, and observe that some projects were blocked.
2. Access the Concur system and observe that these projects are still active.

The change pointer of WBS elements has not been activated.

1. Verify whether the automatic export was enabled before the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2402 release. If so, follow the steps below to re-enable automatic export. This operation will activate the change pointer of WBS Elements.
   1. Start App: Concur Integration Setup -> Project WBS-Element -> Change Export -> Navigate to the screen for “Automatic Export”.
   2. Change from Automatic to Manual Export.
   3. Click on "Continue".
   4. Click on "Back".
   5. Change from Manual Export to Automatic Export.
   6. Click on "Continue".
   7. Complete the Wizard.
   
   
2. After activating the change pointer, modifications to WBS Elements will be sent to Concur through automatic export.
   
   
3. For the modifications made before activating the change pointers, they still need to synchronized through manual export.
   
   
4. For blocked projects, if you don't want to make any further modifications and wish to delete them in Concur, follow the steps below.
   1. Input these WBS Elements in the Manual Export screen.
   2. Make sure that "Delete Project WBS Elements" checkbox is checked.
   3. Click on "Execute".

Note:
For the deletion operation, it is recommended to first select single WBS Element and check the "Test Mode" to conduct a test.
