3699388 - Employee and Manager goal ratings are not visible in Performance Form

While ratings were provided in previous steps in a form's Goal section, the Employee and Manager ratings appear as 'Select One', and the provided ratings are not visible.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Provide goal ratings as an Employee in the Performance form.
2. Provide only goal weights, but not ratings as the Manager in the Performance form.
3. Route it to a next step.
4. Observe that Employee and Manager ratings are not visible, and appear as they were not selected.

Goal Plan has changed while the form was routed between participants.

Employee has rated different goals that are currently available in their Goal Plan. The previous, rated goals have been deleted and got replaced by new ones after the Employee routed the form to a next step, so the Employee couldn't rate the new goals. That is why Employee's rating is not visible.

The Manager did not provide ratings to any goals - deleted nor newly added. That is why Manager's rating is not visible.

Route the affected forms backwards to the Employee step so the Employee can rate the new goals, and then the Manager can place their rating as well.

Please make sure that previously entered data is saved, before routing the forms backwards.
