3699400 - Priority Field Missing When Editing Work Order in SAP Service and Asset Manager

Symptom

When editing an existing work order in SAP Service and Asset Manager, the Priority field behaves inconsistently:

  • The Priority field label is visible in edit mode.

  • No priority values are displayed, so selection is not possible.

  • When attempting to save the work order, an error is shown requesting a priority value.

  • During work order creation, priority values are displayed and selectable without any issue.
