Symptom

  • When a qualification is deleted from infotype 0024 in PA30, no IDOC is generated for FSM, resulting in the data remaining unchanged in FSM.
  • The issue occurs during the implementation of SAP FSM integrated with S4HANA using the PACG400 connector.
  • When registering a user and entering qualification information in infotype 0024, the data is correctly generated via the Skill IDOC connector and integrated into FSM.
  • Replacing a qualification generates a new update IDOC correctly for FSM.
