3699525 - Identified stock value helper displays all available stocks in 3PL Inbound Delivery Notification

When creating a 3PL Inbound Delivery Notification, after adding a new line item, the Identified Stock value helper displays all identified stocks available in the system, instead of showing only the identified stock relevant to the selected product.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to Third-Party Logistics Work center.
2. Go to Purchase Orders view.
3. Search for relevant Purchase Order XXX (where XXX represents Purchase Order ID).
4. Click "New Supplier Delivery Notification" and enter the Delivery Notification ID.
5. Navigate to the line items tab.
6. Enter partial quantity for a line item.
7. Open the Identified Stock value helper, only identified stock related to the given product is displayed.
8. Click Add row and enter the remaining quantity.
9. Open the Identified stock value helper, now all available identified stocks in the system are displayed.

This is the standard system behavior.

The system behaves as expected. However as a workaround follow the below steps,

1. Navigate to Third-Party Logistics Work center.
2. Go to Purchase Orders view.
3. Search for relevant Purchase Order XXX (where XXX represents Purchase Order ID).
4. Click "New Supplier Delivery Notification" and enter the Delivery Notification ID.
5. Navigate to the Line items tab.
6. Enter partial quantity for the line item.
7. Open the Identified Stock value helper, only Identified stocks related to the given product is displayed.
8. Click Add row, and enter the relevant Purchase Order ID and Line item id.
9. Instead of manually entering the Product ID in new line item, select the Product ID field from the previous line item (for example, line item 10).
10. This will automatically update the Product ID in the newly added row.
11. Now open the value helper of the Identified stock.
12. Only the identified stock of the given product will be displayed in the value helper.
