3699594 - Unable to filter work items exceeding the customized MaxItems in Fiori My Inbox

Symptom

  • The issue occurs in the Fiori My Inbox application where workflows exceeding the MaxItems entries cannot be filtered or selected.
  • When the inbox is sorted in ascending order, only the first workflows are accessible, while the rest are not selectable.
  • When the inbox is sorted in descending order, only the last workflows are accessible.
  • A limit of work items has been set to be displayed in My Inbox via parameter MaxItems.
  • Users are unable to filter or select workflows beyond the first MaxItems entries.
