1. Open the Create Correspondence App.
2. Provide company code and and choose Correspondence Type SAP06.
3. Input the date range.
4. Attempt to preview the form.

The error occurs because the configuration prevents rendering documents without line items.

1. Add a line item for the customer linked to company code.
2. Ensure that the Advanced Parameters "Generate for Statements Without Items " is selected for Correspondence Type SAP06 (Account Statement).
   
3. Attempt to preview the PDF form again.
