3699669 - Employee cannot see Continuous Performance meeting history after manager change

Symptom

When enabling “Hide the meeting histories of previous managers from the new manager” in Continuous Performance Management Feature Settings, after manager change Employee cannot see the meeting history with previous manager.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Continuous Management Feature Settings
  2. Enable "Hiding the Meeting History from New Managers When Employees Changes Managers"
  3. Go to Continuous management and add meeting history with manager
  4. Change manager via import
  5. Go back to Continuous Performance Management
  6. Old meeting history cannot be found

Resolution

The fix for this issue is already deployed for Preview instances and planned to be deployed for Production with the patch on 26-January-2026. For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base
