3699675 - Fiscal Year of Ledger always defaults to “Half Period” in Cost Center / Profit Center Actuals apps

Symptom

  • In Cost Centers – Actuals (F0963) and Profit Centers – Actuals (F0944), the field Fiscal Year of Ledger always defaults to “XXXX – Half Period”.
  • Selecting other available entries for the same year (for example Calendar Year 0 Special Period or Calendar Year 4 Specific Period) is not retained after execution.
  • This creates the impression that the report is restricted to partial periods only.
