3699688 - Maximum character limit validation for custom fields not functioning in Latest Form Experience

• The maximum character limit control for custom fields defined in the XML is not functioning in the latest PM form.
• Despite configuring the custom field 'max' , 'text-maxlength' and 'cmt-max-limit' tags, the system enforces a 4000-character limit instead of the configured 500 characters on custom elements.
• The issue does not occur when the latest form experience is disabled.
