3699695 - Posting Period / Opening Balance not available in app F0959 (Profit Center – Actuals)

Symptom

The "Posting Period" field is not available as a filter in Fiori App Profit Center - Actuals (F0959), and the Opening Balance (Balance Carry Forward / period 0) is not displayed. As a result, it is not possible to see opening balances that were previously visible in the obsolete app Profit Center - Actuals (F0944).
