When opening PM Form in Latest Form Experience extra rating field shows up for Unofficial Rating which is not present in Legacy Form Experience.

Reproducing the Issue
- Access a form where the user only has access to Unofficial User Rating field.
- In the Legacy Form Experience, verify that only one unofficial user rating field is displayed as expected.
- Switch to the Latest Form Experience and observe that two rating fields are displayed for the unofficial user rating field.
