3699716 - APPLICATION_PAGE_URL token in the email is routing incorrectly to default brand - Recruiting Management

Symptom

  • The token [[APPLICATION_PAGE_URL]] in Recruiting Emails redirects candidates to the default brand site instead of the specific brand associated with the requisition.
  • The issue occurs consistently ONLY when UDM is enabled , It is directing as expected to specific brand when UDM is disabled

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

For example: If there are 2 brands (default and Brand2)

  1. Assign a Job Requisition to the specific brand (Brand2).
  2. Post the requisition and confirm that it appears under brand specific career site.
  3. Apply as a candidate 
  4. Trigger an email: move the candidate to status where the email is trigger with the application URL token ( " View/Edit Application ... ")
  5. On the received email as a candidate, click on the link ("View/Edit Application ... ") and observe that it takes to default brand when UDM is enabled. However, when UDM is disabled, it directs as expected to correct specific brand (Brand2).

Resolution

This issue has already been raised to our Engineering team to investigate.
