Symptom

  • Completed PM Form does not display all Milestone Table fields in the "Other Details" tab when "Latest Form Experience" is enabled.
  • Rating scale for Milestone Table does not show in Other Details tab in Completed PM Form.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a goal that includes milestone fields, with goal plan states configured.

  2. Create a performance form with goal plan state change configured and open the form.

  3. Check the Goal Detail and Milestone tables.

  4. Send the form to the next step and recheck the Goal Detail and Milestone tables. Milestone table fields are displayed as expected.

  5. Send the form to Completed status and recheck the Goal Detail and Milestone tables.

  6. Enable the Latest Form Experience.

  7. Observe that not all milestone table fields are displayed.

  8. Disable the Latest Performance Form Experience.

  9. Verify that the milestone table fields are displayed correctly.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.


The milestone table field visibility in the "Other Details" tab is being driven by the field permissions defined for the "default" goal plan state in the Goal Plan XML, instead of the goal plan state at the time of form completion when "Latest Form Experience" is enabled.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2024 release (b2405).

As a temporary workaround, disable the "Latest Form Experience" to resolve the issue.
