• When creating or saving a Top-Down Distribution (TDD) cycle in the Manage Allocations app, the system raises the error: MANAGE_ALLOC/015 – The "From" value is not smaller than the "To" value
• This occurs even though, no range is explicitly entered, or sender/receiver mapping is maintained as one-to-one or one-to-all.
