3699831 - Universal Allocation via Fiori posts only to selected ledger (0L) and does not cascade to parallel ledger (ZL)

Symptom

When executing Universal Allocation using the Fiori apps Manage Allocations / Run Allocations, the allocation posting is created only in ledger 0L.

The posting does not cascade to the parallel ledger ZL, even though:

  • Both ledgers are active.
  • ZL is required for local currency reporting.
  • Similar scenarios work as expected in: Intercompany Allocation, classic GUI transactions (for example KSV5 / KSU5).
