3699845 - Case Sensitivity in Email Addresses Causes Authentication Failure when using Corp-IdP and IAS as proxy

Symptom

There is the scenario that the corporate IdP(for example Entra ID) supports mixed-case email addresses, while IAS only supports lowercase email addresses. Additionally, the Service Provider (SP) requires the Identifier to be a mixed-case email address. When using the corporate IdP with IAS as a proxy and using email as the Subject Name Identifier, this discrepancy leads to login failures for the SP.
