In transaction VL10B (My Purchase Orders – Due for Delivery), the Ship-To Address field is available in the layout but remains empty or displays only numeric values for purchase orders. As a result, the ship-to address text is not displayed, even though the field is selected and visible.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open transaction VL10D.
2. Navigate to the Purchase Orders section.
3. Ensure the Ship-To Address (Address) field is included in the layout.
4. Observe that the Ship-To Address field is empty for Purchase Orders.

In most SAP-delivered scenarios for VL10B, the app is provided with a fixed list profile, which influences the list type and determines which fields and field values are available for display, as defined by SAP. In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, changes to the List Profile or List Type are limited due to configuration restrictions associated with scope item SSCUI 105501 – Configure List Profile.
