• Does Sum of Collection Field Values() function in "Configure Business Rule" apply to custom MDF objects to "Valid When" type associations?
• What is the required multiplicity to be set for the "Sum of Collection Field Values()" function to work in "Configure Business Rule"?

• Metadata framework (MDF)

The "Sum of Collection Field Values()" function is only applicable to "Composite" (parent–child) type associations and does not work for "Valid When" type associations.

NOTE: the multiplicity has to be set as "One to Many" for the "Sum of Collection Field Values()" function to work in "Configure Business Rule".
