3699984 - Cannot Select Subnodes of Universal Allocation Hierarchy in App “Run Allocations”

Symptom

In the Fiori app Run Allocations, only the top node of a Universal Allocation Hierarchy can be selected.

Although allocation cycles are assigned to subnodes of the hierarchy, it is not possible to select a subnode when running allocations.
Only the complete hierarchy (top node) is available for selection.
