3700016 - How to retrieve Employment Details data from Home assignment when creating Global Assignment?

When a global assignment is created, the value of a global-assignment field must be copied from the home assignment’s Employment Details. What implementation approaches can achieve this?

When creating a global assignment, you cannot retrieve user-specific data (Employment Details, Job Information, Compensation Information, etc.) from the home assignment because the system does not support accessing data from other users.
