3700027 - <br>Parent department field blank in Manage Data UI but visible in Company Structure Overview <br><br>

• The parent department is correctly displayed in the Company Structure Overview.
  
• However, the parent department field appears blank in Manage Data for the same department.

1. Log in and navigate to the Company Structure Overview (CSO).
   
2. Find the department and select the corresponding card.
   
3. Select "Show Details".
   
4. Click on "Manage".
   
5. Notice that the parent department field is empty.
   
   

Parent department's effective date occurs after the department's effective date.

1. Verify the effective date of the department and its parent department.
2. If the department's effective date is earlier than the parent department's effective date, update the effective date of the parent department to be earlier or the same as the department's effective date.
3. Save the changes and verify the parent department field in Manage Data UI.
   
   
   *In Company Structure Overview, its effective date is As of Today.
