3700146 - Replication Agent crashes with multiple errors including insufficient memory warnings - SAP SRS

• The HADR system encounters issues with the Replication Agent (Rep Agent) on Primary ASE after setting up the HADR system.
• Rep Agent crashes with errors including:
  • Error 76045: CI Internal Error (1), x_op = 0, size = 1076436744, padding = 0, x_hand = various values.
  • Error 76066: Failed to serialize a package for Stream 'P83'.
  • Error 76085: Stream '<SID>' failed to encode a package (errcode = -3).
  • Error 9414: Streaming replication distribution CI Library error -3 with severity 2.
  • Error 76050: Producer of Stream '<SID>' is exiting.
  • Error 76092: Open Client Client-Library Message: ct_cmd_drop() external error.
• All the previous errors appear multiple time in the errorlog of primary ASE Server.
• Rep Agent shuts down for database <SID> with warnings about insufficient stream buffer size.
• Restarting the Rep Agent allow it to progress and then, after few minutes, it shutting down again.
• Warning messages indicate the 'buffer pool' cannot grow further, causing the scanner to sleep on packages becoming available.
