3700198 - Assigned by field missing on cards in new learning experience

Symptom

When managers assign courses such as Online, ILT, Blended, Curricula, or Programs to users, the `Assigned by` name does not directly appear under the card sections like Required Learning or Important Learning in the new learning home experience. Instead, the `Assigned by` name is visible only on the course details page after opening the course.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Assign any course (e.g., Online, ILT, Blended, Curricula, or Programs) to a user using the manager's Team View.
  2. Go to the New learning homepage and review the card sections (Required Learning or Important Learning).
  3. Observe that the `Assigned By` name is not displayed alongside the course under the card.

Cause

The learning product management team has verified and confirmed that this behavior is expected with the existing cards in the new learning experience.

Resolution

The design is intentional and aligns with the current functionality of the new learning experience cards. Due to certain limitations, ILX does not support displaying additional data on the existing cards at this time. We are actively working to enhance the experience, and more data will be incorporated into future releases as part of the additional snack view experience.

If displaying the `Assigned by` name directly on the cards would benefit your business, please submit an enhancement request. You can refer to the relevant KBA 2090228 for guidance on how to proceed.
