3700252 - Application Error Message Display when uploading unsupported CV file during Application Process - Recruiting Management

In Reimagined Candidate Experience, when a candidate uploads a CV with an unsupported file extension during the "Apply for a Job" process, an application error appears.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to a job posting page in the Career Site.
2. Click on Apply Now
3. Log in as a candidate.
4. Upload a resume with an unsupported format (for example: excel).
5. Select the “All Files” dropdown to allow uploading other file types.
6. An application error appears.
