3700286 - Intercompany Billing not possible using CCFU document type in S/4HANA Cloud

Intercompany Billing IV is not possible using CCFU document type. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition 

1. Go to create billing document
2. Choose document type CCFU to IV 
3. System shows the error: "document type is not relevant for billing"

This is system standard behavior. CCFU document type is designed for customer consignment (1IU) which is totally a different business scenario from intercompany. Because, sales document type CCFU is to fill up the consignment stock assigned to the customer and the goods stored in consignment stock still remains as the property of the company. That's why it is not billing relevant.

When corresponding sales order (CCIS) is entered that documents the issue from the customer consignment, meaning that the goods are no longer the property of the company. So only CCIS is billing relevant.
