3700293 - Unable to delete Business Location or Legal Entity in SAP Sustainability Control Tower when CCF/SFM integration is active

When attempting to delete organizational structure data, such as a Business Location or a Legal Entity, in the "Configure and Update Solution" app, the action is blocked or fails. This behavior occurs in SAP Sustainability Control Tower tenants where the Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) feature, which integrates with SAP Sustainability Footprint Management (SFM), has been activated. The system previously prevented this deletion to maintain data consistency.
