3700297 - Unable to Process Lump Sum D in Termination Organizer Australia

Symptom

When processing terminations in the Australian Termination Organizer (T-code PC00_M13_CTO3), Lump Sum D payments are not processed unless the corresponding payment is set to "Excluded" on the Employee Details screen, even though the payments and the wage types are already configured as Lump Sum D in table V_T5QRP.
