3700307 - MOUNT DATABASE may report error 14545, 14547 and 14519 - SAP ASE

Symptom

We can get an external backups by using UNMOUNT / MOUNT DATABASE commands.
When the target database is expanded, MOUNT DATABASE command may fail after restoring old external backup.

1> mount database testdb from testdb_mani
2> go
Msg 14545, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'testase', Line 1:
Cannot locate the logical page 25600 for database 'testdb', dbid=4, on the device 'testdb_dev'. The page on the device is logical page 0 for dbid 0.
Msg 14547, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'testase', Line 1:
The device '/sap/ase_devices/testdb_dev.dat' does not correspond to the device 'testdb_dev' in the manifest file.
Msg 14519, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'testase', Line 1:
MOUNT DATABASE: Failed to validate the devices. The device allocations are not consistent with the descriptions in the manifest file.
