3700325 - Dump happens when creating follow-on documents with FOLLOW_ON_FROM_QUOTATION - S/4HANA

Symptom

When FOLLOW_ON_FROM_QUOTATION is executed with update mode, the following dump happens:
Runtime Errors     RAISE_EXCEPTION
ABAP Program      CL_PO_HANDLER_MM==============CP
Exception condition "FAILURE" triggered

However, if the report is executed with test mode, dump does not happen and only some errors caused by missing configuration occur.
