Symptom
After upgrading SAP Solution Manager, the automatic determination of the support team based on the Business Partner (BP) relationship is no longer functioning. The determination process was set up using SLFN0003 (Support Team) → Access Sequence → Step: Business Partner Relationship (RELTYPE = Is super user for) → Source Partner Function: SLFN0002 (Reported By) → BUT050: BP Relationship exists → Support Team BP returned automatically. While the "Sold-to Party" is still being determined correctly based on the BP relationship, the support team is not being assigned automatically.
