3700350 - Users are unable to see or access Custom pages

• Users are not seeing custom pages in their Learning instance (from the activities menu).
• These pages were created after the 2H 2025 release and are still not visible to the users of the correct Target user groups.

In the Learning admin side, under System Administration-> Application Administration-> Custom Pages-> Pages exist and have been enabled.

In the New Learning Home page-> Activities Menu dropdown menu -> users cannot see any custom pages

Custom cards and banners were not added to the custom page

In order to make the custom pages visible to the user, the custom pages should have banners or cards associated to it.

To add cards or banners to the custom pages, follow the steps:

• In the Learning admin side, under System Administration-> Application Administration-> Custom Pages-> Click on the title of the custom page where you wish to add the cards/banners
• After opening the custom page, click on Select Banners and add the required banner from the list.
• Once you add a banner to the page, you will see an additional segment called "Section" enabled in the page.
• To add custom cards to the custom page, you need to add a section to the page.
• You can add a section by clicking on the Add Section button
• After the section is added, you can click on the Select Cards button to add the respective custom cards to the page.
• Once the above steps are done, the users should be able to view the custom pages in their New Learning home page
