3700404 - How to configure and save the customizing views in the Manage Product Master Data app

Selected sections in the Settings of a product view are not retained in the "Manage Product Master Data" app. After refreshing the app page, the selected sections disappear when reopening the same product.

Take the "Batch Mgmt Rqt" and "Configurable Product" options in the Plants view as the example:

1. Open the "Manage Product Master Data" app.  
2. Open one of the product
3. Scroll to any view (e.g., Unit of Measure, Warehouse, Distribution Chains, Plants).  
4. Click on the gear icon (Settings) at the top right corner of the view.  
5. Select sections such as "Batch Mgmt Rqt" and "Configurable Product" in the "Plants" view. Click "OK"  
6. Verify the view in the "Plants" section displays the selected options.  
7. Go back to "Manage Product Master Data" and refresh the page.  
8. Open the same product again and navigate to the Plants view to verify the selected sections.  
9. Observe that the selected sections are missing.  

Improper handling in the product's view leads to the selected sections in the product view not being saved.

1. In the Plants view, click on the gear icon (Settings) and select the needed sections (Batch Mgmt Rqt, Configurable Product), then click OK button.
   
   
   The 2 selected sections are shown as normal.
   
   
   
2. Click Dropdown icon, then click the 'Save As' button in the popup.
   
   
   
3. In the following popup, enter the new view name ('Customize' is an example) and select one of the sections.
   1.  Set as Default: This new view is shown automatically when opening this product.
   2.  Public: This new view needs to be chosen manually in Dropdown icon mentioned in the Step 2.
      
      
      
4. The new Plants view should be set successfully, and the needed sections (Batch Mgmt Rqt, Configurable Product) would be shown normally.
