3700425 - Internal Hire or crossboarding cannot be initiated, with validate hris data error: recruit/hire record already exists

• Initiate Internal Hire or crossboarding from RCM, however candidate does not show in Onboarding Dashboard.
• From To do >> Business process Error message: "Validate HRIS data for user.jobInfo : There is already a recruit record for user XXXX. You cannot create another recruit record if one already exists., You cannot create a job information record for user 630135 before the effective start date in the recruit record."

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The issue is caused by the event reason sent from the Recruiting (RCM) to the Onboarding (ONB).
• RCM sent the event reason with Event: Hire to ONB, which triggered the error message.
• The event type of the event reason should not be "Hire" for internal transfers.

1. Correct event reason, ensuring event type of the event reason is not "Hire"
2. Click on Restart button from To do >> Business process
