3700447 - Revised fieldglass order not integrating to erp system due to split accounting changes

• Revised Fieldglass work order fails to integrate with ERP system.
• Error messages include:
• "Sum of percentages >150.0< exceeds 100%"
• "Account assignment item cannot be deleted (GR/invoice exists)"
• "Purchase order still contains faulty items"
• "Instance of object type could not be changed"
• "Purchase Order Changes Failed"
• The issue occurs when split accounting percentages are modified in version 2 of the requisition, and the "on behalf of" user is changed, causing the split accounting to be deleted and re-added.
