  • When using 400% zoom level in SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules, display errors occur, rendering the application unusable.
  • Some content is not visible and cannot be scrolled into the visible area.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Use 400% zoom level in SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules.
  2. Observe that some content is not visible and cannot be scrolled into the visible area.

Cause

The Learning design supports up to 200% zoom level.

Resolution

As the Learning Module supports zoom only up to 200%, reduce the browser zoom level to 200% or lower to view all content.
