3700499 - Employee Search Navigation Fails with Error “FPM application HRPAO_PAOM_MASTERDATA was started with an invalid or without configuration”

In the Employee Search Fiori application (F6117):

• The application launches successfully.

• Searching for employees works as expected and returns valid results.

• When selecting (clicking) an employee from the result list, navigation fails.

• The following error message is displayed:

  • “FPM application HRPAO_PAOM_MASTERDATA was started with an invalid or without configuration.”

As a result, users cannot navigate from Employee Search to the employee’s master data.
