3700517 - Issue with saving changes to templates within Manage Templates.

Symptom

When Users attempt to save changes under Manage templates, they are not saved as the system is stuck in an infinite loop.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the Instance.
  2. Go to Manage templates
  3. Change a translation in a job requisition template for example
  4. Try to save those changes
  5. Page will continuously keep loading without ever completing.

Cause

A field label on that Template contains a <script> tag.

Resolution

Remove the script tag for the field. Due to security concerns, these would get disabled or will not execute, when the field is rendered which leads to the overall issue.
