Symptom

  • There is no communication between ECC/S/4HANA and FSM.
  • No outbound /PACG* IDocs are generated or processed in status 41.
  • No inbound /PACG* IDocs are received in status 51 or 53.
  • On the FSM side, objects on the Planning Board remain blocked for longer than usual.
