Symptom
When switched direction on the warmstandby pair, switching the Active and the Standby.
Since then, the queue for this pair has been growing as if transactions are not moving fast enough to the warmstandby destination to keep up with the source data going into the queue. Replication is working but partition is getting full and space can not be released.
'save_internal' is set to 'strict' for logical outbound queue.
This ensures that messages are not deleted from DSI queues BEFORE they are applied to the standby database.
If stable queue fill, alter logical connection set save_interval to 0 then the partition space can be released.
